strawberry milkshake is a delicious drink made with strawberries, milk, curd and to give a nutty flavour add some nuts like cashew and almonds.

A milkshake is a beverage made by combining milk, ice cream and fresh fruits. It is sweet in taste and cold. This would help in keeping our body cool and hydrated.
Milkshakes are filling and very easy to make. Simply blend all the ingredients in a blender jar and that’s all!! Ready to serve. Serve them with a spoon of ice cream on top of it or a fresh cream gives a rice flavour.
To beat summer heat we need to hydrate ourselves with water based liquids. Kids like milkshakes and smoothies, they are filling, hydrating and also gives energy to kids.
Adding ice cream to the milkshake gives rich flavour. But in the present recipe I did not add ice cream instead added a spoonful of home made cream and curd. Curd gives the milkshake frothy texture. I always prefer to use full cream milk to give a nutritious touch.
We can make different varieties of milkshakes like mango milkshake, chocolate milkshake and many more.

Strawberries contain vitamins, minerals, and other plant compounds help our brain stay sharp as we age. Antioxidants in strawberries, including vitamin C, can support your immune system and may lower the chances of getting sick when we’re around germs. In the place of milk we can use almond milk also, to make it vegan recipe. To avoid sugar use honey.

Strawberry Milkshake
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp Cashew Nuts
- 10 Almonds
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Cream
- 1 Tbsp Curd (optional)
Instructions
- Soak cashew nuts and almonds in water for half an hour or more.
- Boil milk and cool it completely.
- Wash strawberries and cut them.
- In a blender jar add strawberries and soaked nuts.
- Add sugar, chilled milk and curd or cream. Add ice cubes also.
- Blend them till it turns frothy.
- Pour in serving glasses and decorate with nuts and cut strawberry.
- Serve chilled strawberry milkshake immediately.
