Finely chop ginger and green chillis.
Or we can mash them in mortar and pestle also.
In a blender jar add curd and water.
Add salt and roasted cumin powder.
Blend them once.
Add ginger and green chillis.
Add ice cubes also. And blend them again.
If adding coriander leaves and mint leaves, add them and blend again.
Adding them is optional, I don't add them.
Transfer the blended salt lassi into serving tumblers.
Drop 1 or 2 pieces of ice cubes.
Sprinkle a pinch of roasted cumin powder and little coriander leaves.
Squeeze lemon juice of 1/2 lemon each.
Serve chilled salt lassi.
