Banana Orange Smoothie, the crunchy, creamy textured and with natural sweetener from the bananas makes the smoothie a refreshing drink. Smoothies are quiet filling and delicious too.

- 1 Orange
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup Milk boiled and cooled
- 1 Cup Curd
- 1 tbsp Almonds
- 1/2 tbsp Cashew nuts, Pumpkin Seeds Optional
- 1 tbsp Honey/Sugar Optional
Soak almonds and other nuts for 6 to 8 hours.
Peel the skin and separate the segments of oranges.
Remove the skin of banana, cut into pieces.
Add the ingredients into the blender jar.
Firstly add soaked almonds, milk, banana and orange segments.
Blend them well, then add curd, sweetener (adding if any).
Once again blend them till it turns creamy.
Add ice cubes and blend it again.
Transfer into serving tumblers, and sprinkle some chopped nuts.
Serve chilled banana orange smoothie.
Always use fresh fruits only.
Adding nuts and seeds is purely optional, they give nutty flavor to the smoothie.
Adding honey, dates or sugar is also completely optional.
They would enhance and balance proper sweetness.
If don't like to add we can always skip them.
