Ingredients
- 2 cups Spirally Pasta
- 1 medium Onion
- 10 Garlic
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt to Taste
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 2 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese
- 200 grms Red Pasta Sauce
Instructions
- Chop garlic finely.
- Chop onion too finely.
- Add pasta, salt and oil in the pressure cooker.
- Pressure cook pasta for 3 whistles.
- We can boil pasta in a thick bottomed pan.
- Let the cooker cool completely.
- Drain excess water and allow the pasta to come to room temperature.
- Heat ghee and butter in a kadai.
- Add chopped garlic and fry till they turn golden brown.
- Add finely chopped onion and sweet corn also.
- Fry them for a minute.
- Add salt, red chilli flakes, oregano and black pepper powder.
- Sauté them well.
- Cover and cook for a minute or till the corn and onion become soft.
- Add pasta sauce.
- Mix it well. and let the onion and corn cook in pasta sauce for a minute.
- Add boiled pasta and mix gently.
- Sprinkle some cheese.
- Serve hot and spicy red pasta.
