Chop garlic finely.
Chop onion too finely.
Add pasta, salt and oil in the pressure cooker.
Pressure cook pasta for 3 whistles.
We can boil pasta in a thick bottomed pan.
Let the cooker cool completely.
Drain excess water and allow the pasta to come to room temperature.
Heat ghee and butter in a kadai.
Add chopped garlic and fry till they turn golden brown.
Add finely chopped onion and sweet corn also.
Fry them for a minute.
Add salt, red chilli flakes, oregano and black pepper powder.
Sauté them well.
Cover and cook for a minute or till the corn and onion become soft.
Add pasta sauce.
Mix it well. and let the onion and corn cook in pasta sauce for a minute.
Add boiled pasta and mix gently.
Sprinkle some cheese.
Serve hot and spicy red pasta.
