Red Pasta recipe | Red sauce pasta refers to any type of pasta dish that features a tomato-based sauce, giving it a distinct red color. This style of pasta is popular in many culinary traditions, especially in Italian cuisine.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Spirally Pasta
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 10 Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese
  • 200 grms Red Pasta Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Chop garlic finely.
  • Chop onion too finely.
  • Add pasta, salt and oil in the pressure cooker.
  • Pressure cook pasta for 3 whistles.
  • We can boil pasta in a thick bottomed pan.
  • Let the cooker cool completely.
  • Drain excess water and allow the pasta to come to room temperature.
  • Heat ghee and butter in a kadai.
  • Add chopped garlic and fry till they turn golden brown.
  • Add finely chopped onion and sweet corn also.
  • Fry them for a minute.
  • Add salt, red chilli flakes, oregano and black pepper powder.
  • Sauté them well.
  • Cover and cook for a minute or till the corn and onion become soft.
  • Add pasta sauce.
  • Mix it well. and let the onion and corn cook in pasta sauce for a minute.
  • Add boiled pasta and mix gently.
  • Sprinkle some cheese.
  • Serve hot and spicy red pasta.

Notes

Pasta sauce can prepared at home also. Blanch 5 to 7 tomatoes.
grind them to make puree, while grinding add garlic, ginger and finely chopped onion.
Let the tomato puree cook well and turn into a thick paste.
Keep the sauce ready and use.
