Besan laddoo is a traditional Indian sweet that has been enjoyed for centuries. It is a popular dessert, especially during festivals and celebrations. Besan laddoo is mainly prepared during Diwali Festival of lights and Rakshabandhan or Rakhi festivals. To prepare besan laddoo we just need 3 main ingredients. The laddoo is made with gram flour (besan), ghee (clarified butter), sugar, and spices like cardamom.
The combination of flavors and textures makes besan laddoo a truly indulgent treat. The crispy exterior, formed by the roasted gram flour, gives way to a soft and chewy interior, thanks to the addition of ghee and sugar. The spices, particularly cardamom, add a warm and inviting aroma that complements the sweetness of the laddoo. The overall effect is a harmonious blend of flavors and textures that will tantalize your taste buds.
Whether you’re a fan of Indian cuisine or simply looking for a new dessert to try, besan laddoo is sure to impress.
