Watermelon Juice is refreshing, natural sweet and satisfying juice. It is a perfect beverage on a hot summer day or after workout or it can be enjoyed anytime of the day. Watermelon juice can be made in different ways. We can add fresh orange juice or strawberries or even freshly pounded mint leaves to get that refreshing tangy flavour.

Slowly the climate is heating and it is summer now in India. A full hot and scorching Sun is making the temperatures hot inside and out.
To make ourselves cool and to avoid from dehydration we need to take lot of liquids. Who doesn’t want natural and healthy of them?? Everyone wants only natural.
So, let us spend some time to make healthy drinks and keep ourselves fit to face coming summer. This watermelon juice is very simple, needs no extra ingredients and takes less time.
I have taken one watermelon of medium size. And cut it into two halves, one half I made juice and the other half I served the fruit.
While cutting the fruit I do not remove the seeds from it. They too taste nice and also good for health.
There is no specific procedure to make the juice, but if you are adding any other ingredients like orange juice, mint leaves add them in the last.
Just cut into small pieces. Blend it in the juicer and make juice. Add sugar or powdered sugar to get extra sweetener. I usually add mishry or rock sugar, so that I can enjoy the juice guilt free. Sieve it through the juice sieve.
That’s all, simple yet healthy and natural watermelon juice is ready to serve. Somewhere I read that the seeds are helpful in controlling the Blood Pressure in the body. Though I do not know exactly about that, but they also have some nice taste.
