Watermelon Juice Recipe | Refreshing Summer Drinks

Watermelon Juice is refreshing, natural sweet and satisfying juice. It is a perfect beverage on a hot summer day or after workout or it can be enjoyed anytime of the day.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 th portion of Watermelon
  • Sugar or Rock Sugar to Taste
  • 5 or 7 Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 or 2 Leaves Mint

Instructions
 

  • Cut the watermelon.
  • Remove the skin and cut it into small pieces.
  • If you are not interested in tasting the seeds remove them.
  • Add watermelon pieces in a blender jar.
  • Add mishry or rock sugar.
  • Blend them to make juice.
  • Do not add water.
  • Sieve the juice using a strainer and refrigerate.
  • Add lemon juice if interested.
  • In a mortar and pestle add mint leaves and pound them.
  • Add the pounded mint leaves into the juice.
  • Serve chilled Watermelon juice anytime of the day.
