Watermelon Juice Recipe | Refreshing Summer Drinks

Watermelon Juice is refreshing, natural sweet and satisfying juice. It is a perfect beverage on a hot summer day or after workout or it can be enjoyed anytime of the day.
Course Drinks
Cuisine Andhra/Telangana, Indian
- 1/4 th portion of Watermelon
- Sugar or Rock Sugar to Taste
- 5 or 7 Ice Cubes
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 or 2 Leaves Mint
Cut the watermelon.
Remove the skin and cut it into small pieces.
If you are not interested in tasting the seeds remove them.
Add watermelon pieces in a blender jar.
Add mishry or rock sugar.
Blend them to make juice.
Do not add water.
Sieve the juice using a strainer and refrigerate.
Add lemon juice if interested.
In a mortar and pestle add mint leaves and pound them.
Add the pounded mint leaves into the juice.
Serve chilled Watermelon juice anytime of the day.
