Chop onion and tomato. Chop them bite size pieces
Chop green chillis also.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and fry them till they turn translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes and saute them till they turn mushy.
Add salt and turmeric powder.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell goes off.
Add garam masala, coriander powder and combine them well.
Add crumbled paneer and mix it well.
Mix it well and let it cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
Let the moisture present in paneer dry up well.
Switch off the flame and add lemon juice.
Temper it with freshly chopped coriander.
Combine well and serve paneer bhurji immediately with roti or chapatai.
