Rice Flour

Ginger Garlic Paste

Green Chillies Paste
Salt to Taste

Spring Onions

Green Peas
Warm Water

Instructions
Chop spring onions.
Grease idly plates with oil.
In a large mixing bowl add all the above mentioned ingredients.
If using anapa ginjalu or hyacinth beans, first boil them till are soft.
Mix all of them with warm water and make smooth dough.
The dough should be like that of chapati dough.
Take portion of the dough and flatten it to make patties.
Shape as thin as possible.
We can press it in idly plate.
Repeat the same with the entire dough.
Brush the kudumulu with some more oil on top of them.
Place the idli plates in the steamer and steam for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve Anapakaya Kudumulu as it is or with any spicy pickle.
