We usually do make only is one of the easy modak recipes that can be prepared by anyone during this Vinayaka Chavithi. We need only 3 main ingredients to make mawa modak. This khoya modak is nothing but milk peda modak :D.It will be unique and cute to share among friends and neighbors too, so you can make a small batch and include in your Ganesh Chaturthi food spread.
prefer to choose full cream milk.
boil milk for about 40 minutes to bring it 1/4th
