We can use mango pulp or juice also to make easy mango lassi recipe but cut mango gives a nice texture and colour which I like the most. To reduce the sourness of the mangoes we can always add little milk to the curd. I prefer to make it with homemade fresh curd only.
Mango lassi is very simple and easy recipe. Simply combine mangoes, curd, sugar and dry in the blender jar and blend them to make frothy mango lassi. It is also creamy beverage only, but if you like to make thinner mango lassi, just add little buttermilk or milk.

Mango Lassi | How to make Mango Lassi
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Fresh Curd
- 1 Cup Fresh Mango
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Dry Fruits
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1/4 tsp Kesar
- 1 tbsp Cream
- 1/4 cup Milk
Instructions
- Peel the skin of mangoes and cut it into cubes.
- Chop dry fruits like cashew, almonds and pista. Keep aside.
- In a blender jar blend mango to make juice of it.
- Add sugar and curd.
- If the curd is sour add milk.
- Blend it again for 2 minutes.
- Add cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits(optional).
- Add 3 or 4 ice cubes and blend it again till it is creamy.
- Pour into the serving tumblers.
- Season mango lassi with cream, and chopped dry fruits.
- If you are calorie conscious skip seasoning with cream.
- Top it with mango pieces and kesar also.
- Serve chilled mango lassi immediately.
