- The strawberry, is one of the most popular berry fruits in the world and a member of rose family. - Strawberries contain vitamins, minerals, and other plant compounds help our brain stay sharp as we age.  - Antioxidants in strawberries, including vitamin C, can support your immune system and may lower the chances of getting sick.

- 1 Cup Strawberries - 1 Cup Milk - 1 Tbsp Cashew Nuts - 10 Almonds - 1/2 Cup Sugar - 1 Tbsp Cream - 1 Tbsp Curd (optional)

Ingredients

- Soak cashew nuts and almonds in water for half an hour or more. - Boil milk and cool it completely. - Wash strawberries and cut them into halves.

Step 1

- In a blender jar add strawberries and soaked nuts. - Add sugar, chilled milk and curd or cream.  - Add ice cubes also. - Blend them till it turns frothy.

Step 2

- Pour in serving glasses and decorate with nuts and cut strawberry. - Serve chilled strawberry milkshake immediately.
