Ingredients needed

chopped onion, green chillis chopped finely, chopped ginger, garlic peeled and chopped finely, curry leaves, and coriander

1 cup of thick buttermilk

step 1

Heat oil in a kadai, saute mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, onion, and curry leaves

step 2

add salt and turmeric powder

step 3

mix them well and cook for 2 minutes

step 4

add buttermilk and keep stirring

step 5

let the buttermilk boil on high flame for 2 minutes
