01 Use fresh ingredients - especially bread
02 let the bread dry for 3 to 4 hours

To get nice crunchy texture and proper sweetness use milk bread.

Double ka meetha can stored for 4 to 5 days in refrigerate.

Cut the bread edges and make into small bite size pieces.

Deep fry bread pieces in ghee till they turn crisp and crunchy. Bread should turn golden brown.

Boil 2 cups of water and add sugar into it. Let sugar melts completley and sticky syrup formed

Bonce sugar syrup reached the desired consistency dip roasted bread pieces into it.

Boil milk to half or lesser to enhance the sweet taste.

Add boiled milk also to the bread and gently mix it well.

Serve double ka meetha chill or warm.
