Serve it with roti, chapati and spread on bread to enjoy it!!

Always choose semi sweet mangoes. Raw mangoes of totapuri variety are the best ones. Half ripen can also be used to make Aam Murabba.

Tips on choosing mangoes

grated raw mango 3 cups sugar 2 cups jaggery 1 and 1/2 cup salt or black salt 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder

Ingredients

Mix well grated mango, jaggery and sugar in a thick bottom pan.

Mix all of them well. and cook on a medium flame till it starts boiling.

Add all the other spices, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and kala namak. While stirring occasionally cook on low flame for 5 to 10 minutes.

It will take another 10 minutes to get right consistency
