Ingredients

– 200 grms Paneer – 1 cup Onion chopped – 1 cup Tomato chopped – 1 Green chilli chopped – 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp Oil – 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds – Salt to Taste – 1 tsp Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp Garam Masala – 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander

step 1

– Chop onion and tomato. Chop them bite size pieces – Chop green chillis also. – Heat oil in a kadai. – Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. – Add chopped onions and fry them till they turn translucent.

step 2

– Add chopped tomatoes and saute them till they turn mushy. – Add salt and turmeric powder. – Add ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell goes off. – Add garam masala, coriander powder and combine them well. – Add crumbled paneer and mix it well.

step 3

– Mix it well and let it cook for 5 to 8 minutes. – Let the moisture present in paneer dry up well. – Switch off the flame and add lemon juice. – Temper it with freshly chopped coriander. – Combine well and serve paneer bhurji immediately with roti or chapatai.
